1944 TOWNHOUSES
The 1944 Townhouse project is a four-unit townhome development centrally located between the University of Colorado and Boulder’s downtown Pearl Street Mall. The design is a fresh interpretation of the historic Victorian
style that is characteristic of the neighborhood and incorporates many green
building and energy conservation features, including solar panels.
To further appeal to discriminating students and young professionals,
the townhouses are conveniently situated near Boulder’s Boulder Creek Bike Path and are adjacent to local bus service and adjacent to local bus service. The building artfully screens eight covered parking spaces below the four townhouse units. Private porches/decks at all floor levels offer each unit multiple opportunities to enjoy Boulder’s sunny weather and people-watch in this pedestrian-friendly area. The site also provides more than required open space for tenants, with a landscaped rear yard and a large, covered outdoor room.
