Ashley is a Louisiana native who settled in Boulder in 1991.  She has brought creativity, enthusiasm and dedication to Stephen Sparn Architects since 1995.  Ashley is involved in our diverse residential projects from conceptual design through construction and has experience with new homes, remodels, historic renovations and multi-family projects.  She was Project Designer for five homes in a residential enclave called Fischer Farms and was a key team member on Streamside, Via Broadway, the Dairy Center for the Arts Theater & Lobby Renovation and the Mapleton Hill Residence.  Currently, Ashley is Project Manager of 3120 Broadway, a 26-unit permanently affordable apartment building for Boulder Housing Partners.  She has facilitated the project from its launch in 2003 through feasibility studies, design development, regulatory processes with City of Boulder, and construction documents.
