BROADWAY BROWNSTONES

Inspired by the traditional Brownstones of New York City, the Broadway Brownstones offer a western interpretation of this famous architectural vernacular. The building is located near the Newlands Neighborhood of North Boulder and is comprised of seven units, which were all presold before construction began.

The Broadway Brownstones feature several upscale characteristics, including a limestone, brick and zinc façade with upgraded sound insulation to subdue the busy Broadway traffic noise. Each unit also features a private outdoor courtyard with mountain views and private two-car car garage. The architects worked personally with many of the purchasers on customizations, and even joined two units to create a larger and more luxurious residence.
