LAKE SHORE RESIDENCE

This Colorado Country style, single-family residence is situated along the shoreline of a small lake outside of Longmont, Colorado. The client was looking for a design solution to optimize both the property’s fabulous views of Long’s Peak and the home’s unique waterfront location. The open floor plan of this single story home unites the study, kitchen, dining room and great room with the outdoor living space, which will be protected by two portico roofs and a timber trellis. The open spaces in the center of the home are flanked on either side by a master wing and a guest wing, which features two additional bedrooms and two baths. The high ceilings, hardwood flooring and exposed wooden beams will create a sophisticated yet comfortable living environment.
