WONDERLAND HILL RENOVATION

This renovation/addition included transforming a large attic space into a guest room with built-in bookshelves and a new dormer window, as well as adding on a new 425 square-foot living room. The living room features a steeply pitched ceiling, hardwood floors and an expansive wall of mullioned windows. A pair of glass and wooden doors opens onto a new, semi-circular flagstone terrace that connects the living space to the outdoors. The stucco exterior introduces a new architectural style that compliments the original wood frame and shake roof.
