The design for this residence is rooted in mountain home sensibility. Then, at the client’s request, we integrated traditional Cape Cod influences with steeply pitched roofs, dormers and painted horizontal lap siding. A series of outdoor terraces extend the living space into a mountain meadow of native grass and wildflowers. Interior spaces feature high ceilings, exposed beams and fireplaces of native Loveland buff sandstone. Additional interior design elements create unique spaces to feature art and decorative pieces collected by the clients.
