Located less than 10 minutes from Main Street in Breckenridge, the Red Tail Ranch is home to 486 acres of unparalleled beauty, views and privacy. Working closely with the owner, and with ranch preservation in mind, we subdivided the ranch into five smaller ranch sites and 11 new home sites. Through our close work with the Summit County Planning Department and County Commissioner’s office, we received unanimous approval of this complex subdivision and PUD. Architecture services included ranch getaway entrances, building restoration and a new ranch out-building. SSA led a team comprising civil engineers, fish botanists, landscape architects and contractors to complete the ranch restoration and enhancements to fishing habitats.
