Comprised of four custom homes along Boulder Creek, Streamside was conceived as an exclusive residential enclave for the last undeveloped property along this lovely creek. The architecture reflects contemporary Craftsman influences with steeply pitched roofs, exposed eave tails, solid wood columns and beams, and wood support brackets. Major exterior materials include Wyoming Moss rock, painted wood trim, hard-coat stucco, and solid wood beams and timbers. The interiors feature high ceilings, solid cherry base and trim, hardwood floors with “craftsman” style tiles, and granite counters. The homes range from 2,000 square feet to 2,300 square feet and were all pre-sold before construction began.
