VIA BROADWAY

Via Broadway is a mixed-use development located just north of Boulder’s downtown mall in the Mapleton Hill Historic District. The goal of the project was to create residential lofts with a mix of commercial offices while preserving and restoring the historic Chapman House. The design solution resulted in seven unique residential lofts anchored by the new corporate law offices of an established Boulder law firm. The building wraps around the carefully restored Chapman House, which is now commercial offices
