VIOLET HOLLOW - HABITAT FOR HUMANITY

Flatirons Habitat for Humanity, an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, is a non-profit organization that builds homes in partnership with qualified families in need of decent and affordable housing. Their goal is to eliminate poverty housing both locally and globally.

During the period of 1993-1998, SSA led the effort to annex, re-zone and plan the site for this worthwhile project for Flatirons, then known as Habitat for Humanity of Boulder Valley. The project was built with volunteer labor and donated materials. Construction was completed in 2002.
